We ask the neighbourhood
We reach out to potential hosts in the area, including postcards to nearby homes. Your name and personal information never appear on them.
We connect you
If a neighbour has the right space, we introduce you through SpacedIn so you can review the details and decide.
Book with confidence
If it's a fit, the rental is managed through SpacedIn like any other booking.
Simple, success-based pricing
There's no upfront charge for requesting a neighbourhood search or for the postcards we send.
If we find a space and you complete a booking, a one-time $25 Neighbourhood Match Fee is added to the standard SpacedIn service fee. If we don't find a suitable match, you don't pay the match fee.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a suitable space will become available.
