Becoming a host is straightforward. This guide walks you through your first listing.

Step 1 — Pick what to list

Almost any enclosed or secured space works: a corner of your garage, a spare basement room, a portion of your driveway. The minimum is roughly 25 sq ft.

Step 2 — Take great photos

Good listings get 3–5× more bookings. Shoot:

• A wide shot of the whole space
• A close-up of the access (door, gate, lock)
• Anything special (climate control, electrical outlets, security cameras)

Step 3 — Set a fair price

Check similar listings in your area. New listings should price ~10% below market for the first month to build reviews.

Step 4 — Publish

We'll review your listing within 24 hours. Once approved, it's live and bookable.
