Cancellation policies are set per-listing — check the Cancellation policy section on the listing detail page before booking.
Three common policies:
- Flexible — full refund up to 24 hours before move-in.
- Moderate — full refund up to 7 days before; partial after that.
- Strict — partial refund only; non-refundable within 7 days.
Refunds typically arrive in 3–5 business days after we process them.
